Take a seat in our Urban Distillery and sample our gin flight with five of our handmade small batch gins, distilled in our bars by hand.

WHAT TO EXPECT Sample five of our handmade small batch gins, with a tasting sheet for you to make notes on each. We give you tonics and ice so you can taste each gin on its own and served as a gin & tonic. You’ll get a mini guide to our gins, describing the botanicals, flavour profile and best serves. It also has some great gin cocktail recipes to try at home.

YOUR TASTING Our team will set your tasting up ready for your arrival and then you are in control. We suggest you allow around an hour to complete your gin flight tasting, but there is no hurry to leave us. You can take it at your own pace and if you'd like to order more food or drinks then you are more than welcome.

AFTERWARDS If one of our gins rates particularly well, you can fill up a bottle to take home (complete with wax seal and personalised label). Also. let us know if you’d like to book a table at our bar for coal-fired pizza, homemade pasta and bomboloni.

COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS £60PP

Our cocktail making masterclass includes five drinks. A welcome Prosecco, three cocktails and a ‘goodbye’ Limoncello. Allow one-and-a-half hours.

INTRODUCTION A welcome Prosecco whilst our head bartender guides you through the fundamentals of making cocktails.

COCKTAIL MAKING You will be guided through making and shaking your cocktails using fresh ingredients, quality liquor, fun garnishes and gorgeous glassware.

COCKTAIL COMPETITION You will compete in groups to make the best cocktail of the day. There are some games along the way and prizes for the winners naturally.

FINALE Finish with a glass of our homemade Limoncello.

BOTTLE YOUR OWN GIN £30PP

Personalised gin to take home. Fill your gin bottle from our demijohns, then wax seal and add a personalised label.

GIN BLENDING MASTERCLASS £90PP

You will blend, bottle and name two of your own gins to take away, with the guidance of our distiller, Todd. The class includes five drinks and 400mls of you bespoke gin to take home. Allow two hours.

WELCOME G&T Enjoy your first G&T whilst Todd, our distiller, talks you through your class.

HISTORY OF GIN Todd will talk you through the history of gin and introduce our gin still, Mary who makes our small batch Teatro Hall gin.

TONIC TASTING Taste four mini gin & tonics each made with a completely different style of tonic. See which style you prefer.

BOTANICALS With a cocktail in hand, get to know the flavours and complexities of the range of botanicals you will be using to blend your own small batch gins.

BLENDING YOUR GIN Blend two 200ml bottles of your own small batch gins. Todd will help you measure, weigh and balance each of your two gins to make sure they taste amazing. Perhaps mix it up with one spicy gin and one floral gin?

BOTTLE, WAX SEAL & NAME Bottle your gins, seal & stamp them with wax and make your bespoke labels (naming your gins and date-stamping).

FINALE To finish, kick back with a G&T, enjoy our quick-fire quiz and pack your gins away in your goodie bag and to take home.
