Introduction

A welcome Prosecco whilst our head bartender guides you through the fundamentals of making cocktails.

Cocktail making

You will mix, shake and stir three of your own cocktails using classic cocktail making equipment, quality liquors, garnishes and gorgeous glassware.

Cocktail competition

You will compete in groups to make the best cocktail of the day. There are some games along the way and prizes for the winners.

Finish

Finish with a glass of our homemade Limoncello.
